Frequently Asked Questions

  • All items in our shop are made especially for you after you place an order. This means we do not keep large stocks, and each product is created on demand.

  • Most orders are produced and shipped within 2–7 business days after the order is placed. Production time may vary depending on the product, order volume, and season.

  • Shipping times depend on the destination and shipping method selected.

    Printify lists standard domestic US delivery at around 2–5 business days with international delivery often taking 10–30 business days, while timing can vary by print provider.

  • Some products may be eligible for faster shipping options. Printify states that Express Delivery can offer production and delivery in about 2–3 working days for eligible orders.

  • Because each product is made to order, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted for wrong size, wrong color, or change-of-mind purchases. This is standard for Printify-made products.

  • If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing issue, we can offer a replacement or refund.

    Printify allows a free reprint or refund when the issue is reported within 30 days of delivery with photo proof.

  • Usually, no return is required for damaged or misprinted items. Printify says there is no need to return the damaged product when reporting a valid issue.

  • Please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the product. Photo evidence is required by Printify to review damage or production-related problems.

  • If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately. Once an order has been submitted to production, changes may no longer be possible because fulfillment starts quickly.

  • Please message us right away if your shipping address is incorrect. If the order has already gone into production or shipped, rerouting may not be possible and extra reshipping costs may apply depending on the situation.

  • We do our best to ensure product images reflect the final item, but slight differences in color and print placement can happen.

    Printify notes that minor print placement variations can occur and may not be considered defects.

  • Orders are fulfilled by Printify’s print partners, and the production location may vary depending on the product and destination. Because of that, shipping times and packaging may differ between orders.
